We carryout a three night minimum policy over Bank Holidays - except Easter.

Two night minimum over the 2nd weekend in July (Bishops Castle Real Ale Trail) and first weekend of summer Holidays (Party in the Park) and third weekend in September (Michaelmas Fayre)

Respect the campsite and its neighbours, this includes noise, space and natural habitat on and off site.

ARRIVALS AND BOOKINGS

  • Camping Arrivals from 11am / Cabins from 3pm
  • Payment is Cash or Cheque  on arrival. We do not accept pre-payments for guests yet to check in.
  • Late cancellations, within 48hours of booking will be charged full price.
  • When we are fully booked we do not accept day vistors. 

FIRES & SAFETY

  • All fires must obtain campsite owner’s permission, be contained, raised and ash disposed of in supplied bin and drum returned to shed.
  • Wood must never be taken from hedgerows or natural habitats.
  • Fire must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
  • The campsite may refuse permision of fires at any point for safety reasons.
  • Fires must be at least 3m away from any camping unit or hedgerow.
  • 3m between tents and 6m between caravans.

PLEASE NOTE

  • No water bombs or fights.
  • All campers are required to recycle.
  • Please leave your camping area clean and  tidy.
  • We do get full so please only book when you are sure you are able to camp.
  • Any inconsiderate behaviour or breech of the above will result in the perpetrator being removed from the site with no refund.
  • Rescue Dogs live on site and sometimes may independently visit the site. Please ensure food and bins are securely stored.
  • We have 4 premium pitches with Electric hook up, these are booked via a separate email.These run on £1 coin meter.
  • Charging of Electric vehicles will not be tolerated

Tariffs 2024

We charge per person only regardless of what you are staying in. 

Age 13 and over - £10 per night per person

Age 12 and under - £5 per night per person

Under 4 Years - FREE

Well behaved dogs - £1 per night

Showers are 50p 

please ask friends /family to make their own bookings as every arrival needs their own eticket

large/group bookings are automaticly rejected by our booking system

Prearranged day visitors £4 each up to 4 hours over 4 hours regular camping rates.

Awnings, additional tents, cars etc.. are all free but please take them home with you even if you don't want them anymore. We don't charge you but we get charged to get rid of them!

All bookings are manually processed. Please allow 24h for your response.

 We accept cash or cheques made payable to B Smith. We do not take deposits, payment is on arrival.
